Poor service from telkom insurance

I can't begin to express how dissapointed i am with telkom insurance division. I took my phone in for repairs in September and upon enquiring i am told there was some problems with booking it in and will be booked in now. I mean it's been over 2 months and only now i am told this nonsense and only after i decided to find out what's happening. I am canceling this insurance and can't wait for my contract to end in February so that i can cut off any relations i have with telkom because wow this is nonsense.
