Poor service from Telkom Insur

My experience with Telkom insure was very very poor, I had a few insurances with the for my gadgets that I had bought at Telkom, my cellphone needed to be fixed, and I contacted them informed them, they then told me to drop the phone at the nearest Telkom store, so I which I did. It was on the 09 April 2025 when I handed my phone to the nearest telkom Store, from there it was just a mess, I struggled to communicate with the people to get an update, I only even recieved my phone on the 2nd week of August, so I which I had requested that it should be sent back u repaired due to the high Access.

The company was better before they had a good turnaround te bit now since they had change their underwriter to OMART, SO and the WWAS thing, they are a mess.
