Poor service from telkom fiber account department

Poor poor poor service from the telkom fiber accounts department. I have been trying to unsuspend my fiber account for more than a week now. Everytime i call they say it will automatically be reativated when the account has been payed. I made my payment 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Worst customer service i have had in a long time.
