Poor Service From Telkom

Telkom is very poor communications provider. Been having an issue with signal quality/connection ever since I changed over to a new internet package I reported numerous faults to Telkom about this and nothing is being done about it, everytime I phone to check on the progress of the fault , they keep telling me the technical team is handling the fault , seems like a really *********** technical team that they can't rectify the fault since its been more than a year now.

It's a back and forth game they play with you , promising you excellent service quality.

I'm still being billed for my internet that I don't even get to fully use or even get to enjoy.

Very disappointing service from such a big company like that.
