Poor service from Telkom

Yesterday I bought Telkom unlimited data using the telkom app. The data was not allocated to my account. Contacted the bank and they told me to get an authoritisation letter from Telkom As the money was lingering and Telkom refused to help saying they cannot. It is the banks problem. Telkom call centre agent called and was very rude. Dropped the call as I was still greeting . their service is terrible
