Poor service from Telkom

I have been trying to get an ADSL line for my home. The application has been an absolute disaster, the consultants are very unhelpful and keep telling me i have to wait despite the fact i phone three times a week, they say there is no way it accelerate the process or speak to anyone else, when I ask how long, they dont know, when I ask waiting for what, they say communication from them which i have not received up until now. Very very poor service and soooooo frustrating
