Poor service from telkom

Telkom your service is truly poor, I've been with this network going on 10 years, from what you'll was to what you'll are now is totally different, as a network you'll should be approving all the time but you seem to be going backwards, there's always a problem with network issues worst now with load shedding, youll lure people in with low prices and cheap data but what's the use of all that when most of the time the network is jammed no signal poor connection, can't even use your data most of the time, as of for your customer service is pretty much none existing you end up waiting for way to long,and to think I got so many of my family members to change they network to telkom, truly saddens me to see what you'll have become, this is the last time I'm going to be with you'll ready to make the switch to a network who is more reliable and values they customers.
