Poor service from Telkom

Good day, I had a contract with Telkom then after 2 years the contract period ended and now when I cancelled it. They deceided to bill me R3.87. As the balance. I paid my fee and a month later they billed me R235.00 and i paid R240.00 to end the contract as agreed with an agent.

The next day I get a call i have been handed over to a debt collector for the same amount. And they said I have not paid any amount owed to them.

This poor service shown to customers is embarrassing and they should not even be a service provider if they cant provide good service.
