Poor service from Telkom.

We used Telkom for the last 25 years and always got excellent service. However for the past month, no service was rendered, but we are still paying. After 6 times we complained for service at Key West and customer care but nothing happened. We are up to date with regards to Telkom payments. If we do not get service, we ask Telkom to stop the contract and the debit orders. Shame on you TELKOM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
