Poor service from Telkom

We live in an area called welbedacht west. We have a router for many years now with Telkom. As of Feb this year when we renewed our contract, we have been having endless problems. We were constantly promised that technicians would come out and have a look at the problem but it never materialized. For about two months now, everyday there is no network from about 4pm to 9pm. Even without loadshedding. Again we logged a complaint and nothing was done about it. The service is pathetic. Staff members are not clued up when we call the call centre. CAN WE PLEASE GET SOMEONE WHO HAS SOME CLUE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON.
