Poor Service from Telkom

Suspending your line, because of a credit limit with the credit management dept without warning or getting in contact with us, there limit R1500 on our account, my package R799 per month?? No one at Telkom will even go the extra mile to help lift the suspension. I will be waiting for the bill to see if I am charged reconnection fees.
