Poor service from Telkom

Telkom is desperate to make money, at our area there is no coverage. Through marketing call center I have received Router and never worked but I am receiving invoice every month even if it was taken back reason being no coverage. I refused to pay for services that was not provided. Now I receive calls from Debt-In about Telkom non payment.
