Poor service from telkom

The service received from telkom is **********! Never in my life did i hate a company so much.... Everytime we complain, the problem is sorted out temporarily, and then 2 weeks later, we have the same problem! We have fiber with telkom, and the internet connection is extremely slow. We have to constantly reboot our rooter to get connectivity! When we ask to cancel our contract, they dont allow us to! We currently have no internet connection and when we phone the call centre, there are no agents to assist us, according to the call centre automated message...how can a business function like this? Telkom should really close their doors if this is the type of service they are providing! #shuttelkomdown #terribleservice
