Poor Service from Telkom and NuDebt.

I took a WiFi contract with Telkom due to poor service I had to cancel it. I tried calling, sending emails and visited their branches ( Carnival Mall, Sandton and Festival Mall) but I didn't help. Later sent me smses that I'm owing I went to the branch to understand the amount they demand but I was nit help.

On the 28 June 2025. I decided to settle the amount for the sake of peace and my credit score.

29 June 2025 I'm still getting smses that says I'm owing and the fee has increased by R800 and they are now sending letter of demand.

I went to the branch again no help. I called them they hanged up. I don't know what to do anymore and nu credit score is affected.
