POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM AND MWEB

I have experienced the worst nightmare with Telkom and MWEB for the worst work ethics that they have and cannot even resolve a simple error. Telkom is so *********** claiming to call me on an LTE number that I emphasized to them that is not working how stupid is that that one must wait for 48 Hours to be activated when I have been paying for services. after 48 hours still no Network what a disgrace so I opted to cancel my contract with them to avoid another disaster. I was enjoying being a loyal client for MWEB but after this disappointing experience I swear I don't know if I will ever use their services again neither **** Telkom with *********** technical team my name is Leonardo Paulo Uambembe my number is *** till this day I am waiting for my issue to be resolved and still no calls and nothing
