Poor service from telkom

Im nkuli my numbers is *** spoke to gugu mtshali to check my balance she put me on hold for 15 minits, not even coming back and advise me if there was a system error or somthing 15 minit to check the balance rily? Telkom must train thier agent this is unacceptable, ontop of waiting for 15 minits she still coming to ask me what I was querying about 🙄omg
