Poor service from Telkom

Telkom office Shelly Beach,KZN is unproffesional.I went there on 17/01/2026 with a billing problem.They were absolutely useless!! I left the shop furious and went to Telkom South Coast Mall and was assisted by a guy named Lindokuhle Nyawose who sorted my problem in no time.He assisted me very proffesionally and I left very satisfied.
