Poor service from Telkom

I didn't receive a reminder to renew Waya Waya service. Service was disconnected. I called Telkom and was told to buy +- R219 airtime. I bought R220 voucher and called them last Thurs morning and gave person voucher to be loaded(cannot do this on fone). It's now Mon and service is still not restored. I called many times since Fri only to be told to wait and keep checking line. This is pathetic service. Also you cannot communicate with the dept that reconnects service. If Telkom cannot restore my service, then I want to be refunded. I can do without their landline.
