Poor Service from Telkom

I recently moved to a new place and since day 1 i have been experiencing network problems, i would go for hrs with no connection, i have called their call centre. Some guy came here and said that the tall buildings are blocking the towers and the connection problem is because of that. Now i had to follow up, there's no sense of urgency in attending to my query none what so ever, this is the 3rd month im experiencing this connection problem.
