Poor service from telkom

I purchased a device on Telkom online which came with a benefit of a voucher to be claimed at Dress your tech. Apparently if a sale is done telephonically there is no invoice issued. However dress your tech requires that to issue the voucher.

I called Telkom twice and I was abruptly transfer and the second consultant simple hang up because I was not willing to he released without help.

The two companies should be updating each other and updating their method of claiming.

This is rather disappointing from a large company like Telkom.
