Poor service from telkom

Good day my sister a miss innocent mokone and I Mr sifiso mahoa acquired a telkom router and installation for uncapped wifi, the guy came to install the router and set it up. This was on the 3rd of July, we still do not have internet access. When went to the telkom branch in maponya mall, we were told to call the customer care, when we called customer care, no one picks up the line, we would now like to cancel the service yet we are unable to due to the fact that we have recieved no help from telkom in two of its customer interaction portals. Iam greatly dissatisfied with the service provided to us by telkom. Our contact details are *** and ***. This has been the worst experience any institution has ever provided us.
