POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Poorest service I have ever seen.

I cancelled my contract online (because it expired and I don't want to go on with it)

I got a message that a consultant will give me a call back with the reference number.

No one called me back and when I did an enquiry, they want to know what is the case number or the reference number???

I hold on for 30 minutes now then the line disconnect. I cancelled the service online on 10/02/2021 and now there is no record of it..

So now I am waiting again for them to call me back...
