Poor service from Telkom.

I had a contract with Telkom, which I never missed a single payment. Two months before the contract ended, I went to one of their stores just to confirm how many months are left and they told me and I informed them that I do not wish to continue with the contract after it ends. A month later, one month before the contract ended two of their sales consultants contacted me and tried to give me a new offer, I told them I no longer require their services and they should cancel. It came to my surprise when I received a call from debt collectors stating that I owe Telkom, I quickly went to their store in Sandton City and got the most poorest service. I asked the consultants how much am I owing she told me then I asked if can I pay whatever that I'm owing so that it does not affect my credit score right there and cancel immediately and she refused, I emailed their complaints team, till this I have not received any feedback. All they care about is collecting our money, nothing else. I'm still waiting to be assisted as I no longer require their service and I have never refused to pay anything, they just don't want to cancel.
