Poor service from telkom

I never learn with telkom you either need to go to ombudsman or complain on other platforms for them to listen,iv been calling in ,I went to a branch in sandton city ,they couldn't assist in branch,spend 30 minutes waiting for virtual agents to assist ,they can't assist,a lady by the name of itumelang matseke drops the call with the virtual agents in the branch only for her to tell me she can't assist and I need to rather complain to get assistance
