Poor service from Telkom

I have had a contract with Telkom from 2017, everything was fine till I ended contract. I have paid up all my accounts by them.

Telkom decided to submit my details to debt collectors as according to them I owe them which was not the case. After debt collectors got all information from me and checked in with Telkom, they told me I am clear and owe Telkom nothing. Month end I get an invoice from Telkom for me owing them R7.

Poor services, online, app not clear and instore services very poor. I would not advise anyone to open up a contract with them. I am a very unhappy customer with regards to their overall service.
