POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM

We have a prepaid line for at least 24 years. Telkom has decided to discontinue their copper based prepaid lines. We have a problem with this as we are using a fax line as well as cordless phones on this line, which the new service cannot support. We were advised not to upgrade until Telkom can resolve the issue. On 31st July, our service was discontinued all together, without having a new device to replace the old one. In the meantime we have to pay our subscription weekly, but are no receiving any service. Rediculous and totally incompetend service from Telkom. Lots of promises but no solutions. Many people were going to call me, but no joy. We dare Telkom to call us on *** urgently.
