Poor service from telkom

Telkom is absolutely slow. I am a doctor. I am moving home on 1 July 2019. I have completed the online moving of home form twice. Each occasion I got a message saying that I will be called in 2 working days. To this day I have not received a call. My wife called them twice today to followup and both oc asions she was told someone will call. To date no one has called. I need a telephone land-line urgently at my new place the moment I move in as I receive calls from the hospital for emergencies.
