Poor service from Telkom

I am trying to restore our email service from TELKOM. I've been busy with this for 5 days now, has made hundreds of calls, held the line for hours on end, spend loads of money on these calls, and guess what nobody knows a thing!! Phumi Masombuka has send an email that meant nothing, and when I asked her what I should be doing with the mail, she ignored my mails. This is the worst company ever!!!!!!!!
