Poor service from Telkom

Now without a landline and ADSL for longer than 2 weeks! A continuous problem for a long period. If you ask for problem to be escalated you can not speak to team leaders and they don’t phone back. After 30 years I believe it is time to move on and suggest to everyone not to deal with Telkom due to poor back up service.
