Poor Service from Telkom

I am extremely dissappointed in the service delivery of Telkom. My landline does not work, and I logged the fault at Telkom Gateway, again at Telkom LA Lucia Mall, plus via my cell phone.

To date no call from Telkom. I have a question. Do I get a credit from TELKOM for the period that my phone does not work.
