Poor service from Telkom

Telkom suspended the internet from my router. It's been 5 days now. Their reason was I had insufficient funds in my account. The stop bounced back according to them of which that's was not true.On the 15th February 2023 they debited the money in my account including rejection fees.I have been calling Tekom number of times asking them to resume the internet but they did not resume it till today.

Now I want to cancel my contract no one wants assist me I called rceiving poor service.
