Poor service from Telkom

I paid my Wi-Fi subscription with Telkom on the 22nd of Aug 2025, using a link they sent to me via SMS. Two weeks later i still do not have network connection because Telkom says Nudebts payments take 7 to 14 days to reflect. Until Telkom can find my payment I just have to wait until then, while my Wi-Fi is used daily for work and I'm without any connection at the moment.

I don't wan to mention how clueless their customer service consultants are, each one daily tells a different story. I cannot wait to find a service provider who puts their customer needs first before anything else.
