Poor service from Telkom

I am really disappointed with Telkom from Gateway near to @Home.

I wanted to update my information with them since I am one of their clients but I was informed that they are closed and systems where already shutdown. Which really did not make sense because they are actually supposed to close @ 7pm since it was a weekday.

This is a real disappointment to me. I have been a loyal client to them and I am due an upgrade on the 22nd or April but it seems I will have to change my network due to poor client service from them.
