Poor Service from Telkom

We are a business who has a Fax line through Telkom. The line has been down for a week now and we still have not received any help from Telkom and their technicians. Every call center agent tells you the same story and you just go in circles. Technical Support asks for your details when you call to log a fault but no technician ever contacts you. Instead we, an operating business, are told to wait it out. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone at all as their service is really poor.
