Poor Service from Telkom!!!

Poor Service from Telkom!!! I logged a case regarding two transactions that was taken from my account but the data was not allocated to the number I was buying data for.

Every time I have to be the one that contacts Telkom to make follow ups and I get different feedback everytime.

This is really poor service!!!
