Poor service from Telkom

Telkom is the worst service provider to sign a contract with. I took out a two year data contract from them and I have no proper use of the service because there is no LTE coverage in my area. Before I signed the contract I asked them twice to check the coverage and they assured me that there is LTE coverage in my area. Most days I do not have any internet connection which means that I am paying for something that I can't use every day. Every time I phone them they tell me that they will send out technicians to resolve the issue, but this has been going on for more than three months now. With my previous contract of two years, I experienced exactly the same issues.
