Poor service from telkom

I app**** for the telkom lte promotion early in December after which I was told that my application has been approved and that the device will be delivered and installed in the next 7-10 workdays. I also received an email with my reference number. I figured that I will inly be getting it after the holidays so I waited until January before contacting them again. I was told that my device is on it's way to me. It's February now and I still haven't reveived or heard a thing from them.
