Poor service from telkom

I purchased Telkom airtime on my banking app and instead of r100- an amount of r1000- went through. I contacted telkom and they told me that the payment could not reversed. They have no process in place to deal with something as simple as a mistaken purchase. In 2022 its rediculous and pathetic that such a problem cannot be sorted out.
