Poor service from Telcom

I have been without any office lines for over a week!! No ADSL line can't send or receive E-mails, make payments, or pay staff salaries. Telkom SA has not installed fiber in our aeria. All they tell me is that a cable has to be ordered!! what mullti million rand organisation does not have cable in stock of cables??
