Poor Service from some Telkom Call centre agents

The service I got from Telkom this week was beyond the customer service expectation, Its very Sad, there's a Lady on Tuesday morning I spoke to by the name of Lerato, if one of her calls can be listened to she made me so frustrated I called management she put me on hold till I dropped she even went to the extremes of lying and saying team leader is work from home, But when I called again I had excellent service from ZIMKHITHA She was able to resolve my issue just the way I asked her to do, I have had this issue before I just needed to be guided through the steps , SO RECOGNITION TO ZIMKHITHA as for Lerato she's just BORED!
