Poor Service from Insurance company!

My phone was ****** and reported to finrite on the 8th of May and I havent recieved any feedback from Telkom insurance (Finrite ), I have sent countless emails with no response.

I was told that they have requested a usage report and that was the last off it. I have never missed a monthly premium and this is the 1st time I claim and I dont understand why I have to struggle!!!
