Poor Service from infrastructure & internet service provider

Internet connectivity has been down since 05.10.2021. Contacted Telkom (openserve infrastucture) from day 1, it is now day 6,escalated it several times and to date no connectivity. Communication from Telkom is that there is a cable issue but with no work around or indication on when it will be resolved. This is the most unprofessional service. This makes remote working IMPOSSIBLE.
