Poor service from Fibre Sales department

I have app**** for Telkom fibre. I received a message stating I would get a call from one of the Telkom agents. I have received 3 calls today but each time the agent just puts the phone down in my ear. They call and don't talk. This is ridiculous. I work and it is annoying to stop what you are doing to take the call to have the person put the phone down each time.
