Poor Service from Customer Care

I received my telkom contract a month ago, but till now 2nd of October i am unable to make call, i activated the service awhile back but still when i call i get transferred from pillar to post or hold on the line for a very long time no help what so ever, a case was opened to sort out in 72 hours almost 3weeks no help, not sure what to do anymore,am paying for nothing

decided to go to a telkom store in Westwood Durban ,the lady was very efficient and was able to assist me.
