POOR SERVICE FROM AGENTS AT 10210

I do NOT want to rate this company with any star, as the service from agents are so poor, I have NO words to describe it. I have been trying since yesterday to have my internet sorted out - received many passwords and this afternoon I get told by an agent - YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED US YET, as no feed back is given on my profile that I had called and then I get told she cannot waste time with me on the phone!! The agents and workers of Telkom is causing this company to lose many clients! I am one of those who are going to cancel my service after 30 years as a trusted Telkom client
