Poor service from agents and mangers(*** service0

<p>hi telkom mobile (8ta) had a promotoin of buy 500megas of data ar more than you will get back the same value data back.I HAVE RECHARGE WITH 1GIG OF DATA AND NEVER RECIEVE ANY FREE DATA .....i have been phoning the call centre and they give me the same story everytime i phone them ...yeterday i phoned in an this call centre agent put me on hold for more than 1hour .....i put the phone down and he never phone me or got back to me ..........telkom is just giving me *** service and i am going to take this to all the media house to tell them my story and my expierence with telkom mobile</p>
