Poor service for telkom

I called telkom on friday morning and afternoon to find out about airtime I loaded on my account then I was told that I was online from 3 am until 8 am then I told I was asleep by that time and consultant told I bought data for 20mb then I asked how can I buy data for R20 when I have data on my account and I've asked for a proof for data that consultant said I did buy because there was no notification for that data consultant said I did buy,the consultant was rude when I asked for her full names she said to me it doesn't matter to me about her names,the name for the consultant is Palesa.telkom is service is no longer good at all because they say I've bought data and which I didn't.
