Poor service for an online application

On the 21st I app**** for the 5GB for R99 special that runs for November and I received a confirmation email to say that someone will contact me within 48hours however today its the 9th day and no one has contacted me. I will then be told that I don't qualify because the special was for November. I'm worried that if this is the type of service rendered just before sales and what will happen to when I need assistance with your services. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME TO CONCLUDE THE DEAL
