Poor service for almost a year.

raised a complaint of bad network and no service for almost 8 months my indecent is raised but no response has been given and no technician has been assign to my problem, every time i'm calling the call center they tell me the manager will contact me or the technician, i have been credited for some monthly payments, but if i call telkom about my problem they just say they will escalate it of send an email to someone and will get back to me, they also say that i must cancel my service if i'm unhappy but all i want if what i pay for 10 Mbps adsl uncapped internet and yet i just receive 2 Mbps and telkom doesn't care as-long as i'm making payment.
