Poor service for 2 minutes work.

I have been phoning telkom since yesterday just to move my adsl line to a new address as I baught a house and I am moving this comming weekend. I have all the details ready but no one is answering my call. I have logged a call on the telkom app. I am just wasting my airtime and precious time at work to phone them during office hours for something that takes 2 minutes. I am not someone to complain but this is unacceptable and i will not be promoting telkom services positively.
